Yamani is the Executive Director of the National Network of Abortion Funds an organization that builds the capacity and power of 70 grassroots member organizations in 38 states and leverages their direct access to over 100,000 abortion seekers across the country to create cultural and political change. She built her career in reproductive justice through state based work on behalf of the sexual health, rights and identities of youth. Yamani holds a B.S. from Cornell University, and an M.Arch. from the University of Washington. Yamani lives and works in Chicago where she co-parents her two children.
