Life has a tendency of creating serendipitous moments and interactions that quite often, happen for a reason. My guest today, Tara Pilling, is an example of just that and was brought into my life through Facebook and a mutual love for personal development. Tara is pursuing a career in Lifestyle Coaching through one-on-one client work, as well as working as a Certified Consultant at Proctor Gallagher Institute.  In this episode, we discuss Tara’s upbringing around parents struggling with addiction, what made her realize she needed to follow a career in helping others, and how we can change our internal ‘programming’.
