“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.” ’ The Lord Jesus is interested in good finishes. The Lord is not interested or concerned about good starters. It is good finishers that He is interested in. He is looking for men and women of perseverance, those who subdue, who vanquish, who prevail. You know, no less than six times, The Lord speaks to “him who overcomes,” in the Book of Revelation, in Chapters 2 and 3.
