The driver reversed 60 yards while Karl was stuck under the car. Karl explains how his physical body was healing, but his mental health was worsening. He had post traumatic stress after the accident, causing him to feel angry and eventually become suicidal. Karl discovered hypnotherapy, and used it to recover from the accident. Hypnosis causes a kinaesthetic feeling within Karl, helping him release his emotions Men often feel as though they cannot share their emotions, and we need this to change! Men who do not share their emotions are holding themselves back in their personal and work lives.
