My Personal Rehab Journals

I open my personal journals kept during my time in inpatient treatment for my addiction to alcohol. This includes exercises and activities to identify toxic behavior, ways to remedy those, personality traits and recovery checklists. I also share personal cards and letters and my timeline of recovery in rehab. Sobriety is a personal journey, we each have our own and not one is better than the next.
