Welcome to the Recharge Club! We're so excited to release our first episode with you having a raw and unedited chat which introduces ourselves; talks about why we started the podcast; future topics we'll discuss and our current inspo. We hope that this episode helps you get to know us and inspires you with a fresh head space for the new week.  There will be a new episode every Sunday so please subscribe and follow us on Instagram and TikTok where we will be holding weekly polls and questions for you to get involved. We will also be making guides for each of the episodes on Instragram where we will compile all of our hacks, tips and advice that you can save and refer back to when you need!
