The Prime Minister believes natural gas could be found if investors are encouraged to look for it. Cabinet has agreed to cut regulation, reverse a ban on oil and gas exploration, and review the electricity market's performance. Opposition to the proposal believes there isn't anything to be found. But Christopher Luxon told Mike Hosking that investors have just been avoiding New Zealand because of its anti-exploration attitude.
