117 - Toxic professionalism ...how's that going for you?

Do you find yourself sticking with a decision because you don’t want to appear “flakey”? Or perhaps you force yourself to make a quick decision from your head instead of giving yourself the time and grace to tap into your gut and intuition? Or MAYBE you are trapped by the golden handcuffs?
