Louis started remodeling her house, buying her a newer car, giving her 2 flat screen TVs etc. She thought Louis was interested in her because of all the attention and gifts. Not realizing he was spending her own money. They led her to believe they were gifts. He managed to get her to sign her POA/Conservatorship and a conservatorship Contract and her WILL to him. I believe Louis got her to sign the paperwork, when Louis got her to sign for her car, her insurance for car, tag, he also got her a new home insurance policy that she would have to sign for. She already had a Policy.
