Does Kyle Dubas believe the Penguins are contenders?

Kyle Dubas said he wouldn't be satisfied if the Penguins made the playoffs by a point and it's not a success. Starkey is flabbergasted by it and it doesn't make sense that he would shoot down any opportunity to make the playoffs.
