Hiring a strong team remains difficult in proptech

MIPIM Proptech New York: Hiring a strong team remains difficult in proptech start-up founder Jonathan Wasserstrum said at Mipim Proptech in New York today.    Speaking to EG at the event the CEO and Co-founder of SquareFoot, an online office brokerage platform, said that finding the right people to create a leading proptech company was still a hurdle.    A former JLL broker himself, Wasserstrum said that while there were plenty of people with real estate backgrounds available to hire, finding tech experts remains a challenge.    For more on how he is overcoming this issue and how he has grown the platform with plans to expand into new sectors, listen to the podcast here.
