The French Government is on the verge of collapse less than three months after President Emmanuel Macron appointed Michel Barnier as Prime Minister. The Prime minister has used special constitutional powers to push through his controversial budget without a parliamentary vote - prompting both left-wing and right-wing parties to submit no-confidence motions to oust Mr Barnier.
