Ukrainian MP questions Europe's ceasefire plan

Ukrainian MP Kira Rudik is calling on Europe to explain how its proposed "reassurance force" will work if Moscow and Kyiv reach agreement on a lasting ceasefire. Under a French and British led plan, a number of EU nations will send reassurance forces to Ukraine to deter any future Russian aggression however they will not be frontline or act in a peacekeeping capacity.
