Trump, Zelenskyy clash as Ukraine talks downgraded

High-level talks between the United States, Ukraine, and European officials over a so-called 'final offer' on ending the war in Ukraine were downgraded in London overnight. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio was a no-show, prompting broader discussions between other foreign ministers to be abandoned.
