Sudan's army says it has re-captured the international airport in the capital Khartoum, a week after taking the presidential palace, and after almost two years of fighting against a rival paramilitary group. The army is now closer to regaining full control of the city. But as the civil war continues, the human toll has soared above 100,000, with many more facing catastrophic hunger, according to the United Nations.
