Kusama becomes Australia's most visited art exhibition

Yayoi Kusama’s exhibition at the NGV has officially become the most visited art exhibition in Australian history, drawing over 500,000 people. Its runaway success has even led the gallery to extend its opening hours to meet demand.  The 96-year-old Japanese artist is globally renowned for her immersive installations, shaped by her lifelong experiences with mental health.
