India boosts security after militants kill 26 people in Kashmir

India has ramped up security across Indian-controlled Kashmir a day after militants killed at least 26 people, most of them tourists. Indian police have called the incident a "terrorist attack", and have blamed militants fighting against Indian rule.   A group known as Kashmir Resistance has claimed responsibility.
