Funerals for emergency workers killed in Gaza
Radio National Breakfast — Separate stories podcast - Un pódcast de ABC listen - Jueves

Crowds of mourners have attended funerals for some of the 15 emergency responders who were killed by Israeli strikes in the southern Gaza city of Rafah. Eight of those killed worked for the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, while others were from the Palestinian Civil Defence, and the United Nations. The Red Crescent has accused Israeli troops of killing their workers "in cold blood," while Israel says its troops opened fire on vehicles that approached them "suspiciously" without identification.
