Brisbane has been ranked in the top ten worst cities for traffic congestion — and while experts have raised concerns about the methodology used by the INRIX Global Traffic Scorecard, the figure has reopened the debate about a congestion tax for Australian cities. But Matt Burke, an Adjunct Professor at Griffith University told Radio National Breakfast what we need to see is a "de-congestion tax" in order to improve commuters experience.
