I live in Tokyo and work as an office employee. During work, I spend most of my time sitting in front of a computer. So, when work is done, I like to go to the gym and engage in a lot of exercise. I am a member of the gym conveniently located near my workplace. I exercise there three times a week. I have sessions with a personal trainer named Take-san for strength training. Even when I feel lazy about going to the gym, having Nanami around motivates me to push through. She always encourages me.
