Starting today, please listen to my story. I'll speak slowly. Today, I'll be talking about my family. The script is exclusive to the community. Join Japanese Together to become a member. Now, let's talk about my family. First, I'll tell you about the family living in Japan. My parents live in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. I have one younger sister. She's married and lives in Bizen City, Okayama Prefecture. My parents love cats. They have one cat as a pet. The cat's name is Sora-chan, and Sora-chan is a very cute cat. My father used to work for a company in the past; he was an office worker. Now, he's retired and spends his days leisurely at home. He enjoys gardening and works in the garden every day. My mother is a piano teacher. She teaches piano at home, and we have a grand piano in our house. My mother's hobby is knitting. She enjoys knitting. My sister is a nurse and works at a hospital. So, these are my family members living in Japan. Now, I live in Northern Ireland in the United Kingdom with my husband. My husband is from Peru. A Peruvian husband and a Japanese me - we are an international couple. He is a university professor here and is involved in research. I am a Japanese language teacher. I teach Japanese online, offering private lessons and creating podcasts. I also run a community called Japanese Together. My husband's family, my in-laws, live in Peru. My sister-in-law, who is my husband's sister, lives in Sweden. My brother-in-law, who is my husband's brother, lives in Copenhagen, Denmark. So, that's my family. How about your families? How many people are there in your family? Alright, see you next time."
