What does it mean to live a life more true to yourself? Have you ever thought about it? I for instance was a big people pleaser. Whether it was my mom, dad, teachers at school, friend groups, colleagues. I was someone who cared a lot about other people´s opinion about me. I pushed the real, true me into the background because she wasn´t important or necessary at all but living a life more true to myself was and still is the opposite of what I just explained.
