This week on the Live to Walk Again Podcast we were lucky enough to speak with the incredible Ruby Valera. Ruby is a Spinal Cord Injury Survivor, a Blogger, and Mother. We spoke about the spinal cord injury she sustained in a car accident while she was five months pregnant, how her children and family helped get her out of the depression she was dealing with after her SCI, and what motivated her to start blogging/documenting her journey.
