Dr. Meade and her team recently conducted a study focusing on resilience after a spinal cord injury and what some of the key factors that contribute to people overcoming this injury and living a happy and fulfilling life. We also spoke about some of the ways to put yourself in the best position to achieve happiness, as well as, what Dr. Meade believes are some important things to do after an SCI to help deal with some of the psychological barriers that present themselves after injury.
