In this week's episode I sit down with a great mate and all round legend Matt Gillespie. Matt founded, owns and runs Hakuba Snow Tours in Hakuba, Japan. We go way back to high school together so we go back and work through a few pivotal moments in Matt's life, seeing him go from an accountant because it was safe, to running his own award winning coffee shop to then founding and running Hakuba Snow Tours, an unreal ski ranch booked out for winters at a time, to now dealing with Covid-19 and how it has severely impacted the tourism industry. I ask him a bunch of questions to begin with, we chat life advice (Matt delivers some gold), having expectations, having plans, being able to adapt and change, we talk happiness, we talk gratitude, we talk comparison, we talking drinking and we talk The Broncos...
