More about today’s host: Paul is a native to Southern California and a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Economics and began his wine career working in Napa Valley and then started a long fruitful career working as a sommelier for the JW Marriott and the Ritz-Carlton resort brands. Paul has had many wine experiences in Italy from working in production to taking UC Davis students on tours to wine estates. He is now a VIA wine ambassador and is looking forward to spreading the word about the quality of Italian wines as he explores all 20 regions of Italy and the native grapes found in each area.
