Life can change just that quickly...On this episode we sit down with Writer/Director Lindsay Gossling and co-writer (and storm chaser) Travis Farncombe to talk about their new movie '13 Minutes' which is in theatres now.The day starts out as usual for residents in the small Heartland town of Minninnewah. It’s springtime and big storms are just part of life. Nothing to get worked up about…until they are. Inhabitants will have just 13 Minutes to get to shelter before the largest tornado on record ravages the town, leaving the inhabitants searching for their loved ones and fighting for their lives. In the wake of total devastation, four families must overcome their differences and find strength in themselves and each other in order to survive.It's a film that looks at the lives of people in these hurricane alleys in a much more grounded and somber way and we talked with Lindsay and Travis about the origins of the story, the importance of making it something much more grounded then has seen in films before and so very much more.'13 Minutes' is in theatres now
