He has received the highest qualification from the Institute of Cape Wine Masters and has diversified into many successful entrepreneurial ventures. He's the owner of a chain of five steak and wine restaurants called Roxie, which started in London seven years ago, and a drone company called Aerovision, which includes vineyard mapping as one of its services.His passion and knowledge of the wine industry know no bounds. This was a fascinating conversation into wine in general, and to Cape wine more broadly.
