Let’s briefly discuss depression 📖

Depression is not a luxury. Depression is a mental illness, a mood disorder, that affects our mood and our ability to function. It is okay to acknowledge that. From that, we want to learn how to manage and healthily cope with it so we can avoid passing on the residue of untreated mental illnesses.
