Is it possible to speak like a NATIVE SPEAKER?

This episode of English with Dane is about something I think a lot of people need to hear. It's a topic that always seems to come up in different ways and so I wanted to share my thoughts on it. It's the idea of speaking like a native speaker. I think a lot of people have this as a goal when learning/practicing English and I'm not sure if is a healthy one.
