In today’s episode, Thom Singer and Craig Brown welcome Susanne Lauda, the Director of  Global Advanced Manufacturing Technology at AGCO.  Susanne works to introduce product lifecycle manufacturing throughout all of the AGCO sites and has experienced both the right and the wrong way to introduce new digital processes into a company.  She offers insights into the value of smart manufacturing and shares effective ways to reduce resistance to new processes.
