England eases lockdown in pubs, restaurants and hair salons

The Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, says it's the biggest step so far to recovery. Also two hundred thousand people are put back into quarantine in a region of Spain and Sri Lankan police patrol to enforce the wearing of facemasks in public.
