Rachel Khoo's roast duck wraps

This is a brilliant take on the Chinese classic of Peking Duck with plum sauce. The duck is roasted with Sauternes wine and grapes, which are then blended to make a sweet sauce. Perfect wrapped in a lettuce leaf or a traditional Chinese pancake.
