Sadly, everywhere I go, I meet leaders who feel lonely. As someone once said, “It’s lonely at the top.” Most leaders can appreciate the truth of that statement, and yet it doesn’t have to be that way. Loneliness is a choice. As a leader, the most important thing you have is your people.
