I feel like I should just get out of the way and let my guest, Scott Grace, write this introduction, because honestly? I could barely keep up with him during our conversation! He was so funny, so irreverent, and so ridiculously talented...I was left in the dust! As Scott's bio says, he's a bit of a cross of John Denver, Robin Williams and Dr. Seuss all rolled into one! And channeling all that greatness has been part of Scott's work in this world, even from a young age. This great work of his is in service to inspire us, to urge us to greater and greater things...and to remind us, that humor, and intelligence and kindness, will get us far. I loved this film...and this is just a bit of it...because the topic it talked about, the destruction of our natural world, hit hard as a kid. I was changed forever, and perhaps, it still shapes me. Yes, Dr. Seuss is a controversial figure...and has a darker reputation than when I was a kid, but this movie is relevant still, and urges us all to be better stewards of our environment. And that, we should be grateful to Dr. Seuss for, because honestly? We need the reminder!
