The government's Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities has released its landmark report on racism, commissioned in the wake of the Black Lives Matter protests that swept the U.K. and the world. While the 264-page report found Britain was not institutionally racist, it did say the U.K. is not a 'post-racial society' and outright racism, especially online, persists.
