Digital Minister: Brexit Tensions Won't Hurt EU Data Deal

Chris Philp, Under-Secretary of State for Technology and the Digital Economy, says there's 'no reasonable, technical or legal basis' why the UK's current deal with the EU to allow data to flow freely would be affected by the tensions over Brexit. He tells Bloomberg's Stephen Carroll and Caroline Hepker that despite the fresh EU legal action and the cancelled deportation flight to Rwanda, the government is still focused on growing the technology sector.
