Jessica Alba, the American actress and co-founder of The Honest Company, talks with Bits & Pretzels Editor-in-Chief Britta Weddeling about what she has learned during her evolution as an entrepreneur. Alba began her first career in Hollywood, recognized for her roles in "Dark Angel", "Fantastic Four" and "Sin City". Despite her on-screen successes it wasn’t easy for her to be taken seriously as an entrepreneur in the beginning. Today, Alba has established herself in business despite some roadblocks she hit on the way. Her company has raised over $500 million in funding so far according to Crunchbase. Honest sells more than 100 consumer products in North America and recently launched in Europe as well.
