Do I Even Have Anything Meaningful To Say? Putting yourself out there can be horrifying, however, it leads to opportunities and growth. How often do we ask ourselves, why me? What do I have to say that's different from someone else? How often do we actually say "YES" to opportunities and put ourselves out there? During this episode, I talk with Shaelene Kite, LPC, DBT-LBC, ACS, RYT, the Owner of DBT of South Jersey and RebelMente Coaching. Powerful quotes include: "The world need's everyone's gifts. The saddest thing in the world is wasted talent." "Use fear as a gas pedal instead of a brake." "I feel really good about what I'm putting into the world but I'm only going to be able to impact so many people." "Putting myself out there has led to some incredible experiences that I would never have dreamed of."
